Placement Policy

The Training & Placement Office (TPO) at CLINEDIFY is committed to providing structured placement assistance to eligible students, ensuring they are prepared and aligned with the expectations of industry recruiters. The following guidelines govern participation in all placement-related activities:

1. Nature of Placement Assistance

Placement is a privilege, not a guaranteed right. While the TPO strives to assist all eligible students, final selection depends on individual merit and employer criteria.

2. Variation in Placement Opportunities

Placement assistance and job opportunities may vary based on a student's:

  • Educational background
  • Industry experience
  • Skill certifications

As a result, salary packages cannot be guaranteed.

3. Registration Requirements

Students must register with the Training & Placement Department to be considered for recruitment drives.

  • No proxy registrations are allowed.
  • By registering, students confirm their consent and agreement to the company's job profile, package, terms and eligibility.
  • Failure to appear after registering will lead to immediate debarment from future placements.
4. Scope of Assistance

The TPO facilitates placements through:

  • Direct interviews
  • Walk-ins
  • One-to-one referrals
  • Notifications about job openings across India with various industry clients
5. Job Offer Policy
  • Students can receive only one job offer.
  • Exceptions may be made for companies offering a higher CTC.
  • Once placed, students are not eligible to participate in further campus drives unless specifically permitted.
6. Company Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility rules set by recruiting companies are final and binding.

All eligible and registered students must attend mandatory training sessions and workshops arranged by the Placement Department.

7. Communication Channel

Each department has a designated placement coordinator who serves as the single point of contact.

All communication—including registration, updates and clarifications—must go through the placement coordinator and HOD.

8. Document Requirements

Students must be prepared with:

  • Passport and PAN/Aadhaar card (mandatory for induction)
  • Soft copies of academic certificates, offer letters, pay slips, etc., to be shared with the TPO
9. Travel and Transport
  • Students are responsible for their own travel arrangements during interview days or intercity drives.
  • Students must inform parents in advance if late return or overnight travel is expected.
10. Participation in Pooled Drives

Students may be directed to attend pooled campus drives at other institutions as per company requirements and should keep their parents informed.

11. Campus Interview Etiquette

During campus drives, students must:

  • Report on time for pre-placement talks/interviews
  • Carry at least 6 copies of their resume, photocopies of certificates and 5 passport-size photos
  • Be formally dressed (casual attire will lead to disqualification)
12. Timely Communication

Students must:

  • Monitor all placement-related announcements via official CLINEDIFY channels (email, WhatsApp groups, etc.)
  • Comply with deadlines and instructions—no individual reminders will be sent
13. Discipline and Conduct

Students must maintain professionalism and ethical behavior throughout the placement process.

Any misconduct, indiscipline, or defamation of the institution or recruiting company will result in permanent disqualification from placements.
